From the Pastor's Desk...Grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.
To God be the Glory for the great things he has done! I would like to take this opportunity to thank God for the saints of the past and present, whom we are just continuing the kingdom work. Jesus said "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit fir the Kingdom of God." (Luke 9:62). So we saints and citizens of the present, have to be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that you labor is not in vain in the Lord. (I Corinthians 15:58) Thank God for all the saints of the past, which are so present with us today in our thoughts and memory. Thank God for the rich legacy of Love, Hope, and Faith that will cause any church to persevere through God's grace. |
So as God leads us in the now (present) we never want to forget where he brought us from. And with the gratefulness of the past and the hope for the future, we know that eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. And with God's love, we know that the best is yet to come!
